Sunday's - a day of rest or a day wearing best?
I'll be honest my favourite things to do on a Sunday often revolve around a bit of both - I love to be at home with the family, 'pottering' as I can it and enjoying a pretty slow day. Getting ready for the week ahead of school, work and hobbies usually means a sh!t tonne of washing and a food shop are part of it too.
So my sunday threads are usually something comfy and practical, hair scraped up and a make up free day!
With two little dogs, a nice walk is usually thrown in too - and I have to say I love a dog walk all the more when it's a crisp autumnal day and it includes a stop off at a warm cosy pub! But that throws in the dilemma of wearing something practical but that looks stylish enough to pop to the pub too.
Then, if I'm honest I prefer to head home (chuck my comfies back on) and tuck in to a nice hearty Sunday dinner - but for the purposes of this blog post (and because i don't stock any PJs) I have imagined that we would be heading out for a Sunday roast and throwing on our 'best' instead!
